Your card gets re-engineered, not recreated. We transplant your real EMV chip into a metal body, so your account number and bank never change. Simple on your end, precise on ours.

• Order: Pick a design and get a prepaid, tracked label by email.
• Ship: Send your card, or freeze it first. We never ask for your PIN.
• Approve: Sign off on the emailed mockup before anything is made.
• Receive: Both cards come back together with tracking.

Does an unusual design change how the card works?

No. Chip insert and swipe work anywhere your original card worked, and you can tap through Apple Pay or Google Pay. Just avoid ATMs that pull the card fully in.

How do I know if my idea will engrave well?

Send it with a custom order, and our team evaluates it before anything is cut. High-contrast shapes and clean lines translate best to steel. Your mockup shows the honest result, and you approve first.

Can I mix elements from different collections?

Often, yes. A motif from one style next to a symbol from another is exactly what custom work is for. Rights-restricted artwork is flagged up front with an alternative.

Do misc designs cost the same as themed ones?

Preset pricing is consistent across our engraved collections, so the unusual carries no premium. Custom work is priced through the custom route. Either way, the build, weight, and process are identical.

What if I want a design retired from this collection?

Retired presets are not reissued, which keeps them uncommon for owners. Our custom team can build something in a similar spirit. Join the Insider list to catch new additions before they rotate.
