US orders include a free prepaid USPS First Class inbound label emailed after checkout. Need it faster? Upgrade to FedEx Overnight or 2-Day at checkout.

International customers ship their card to us using their own carrier — DHL, FedEx, or UPS recommended. Please use a tracked service.

Return Shipping
Once your card is complete we ship it back via USPS Priority Mail (US) or FedEx International Priority (International). Return shipping is included with every order. International return shipping is a flat $65 USD.

Turnaround Time
5–7 business days from the date we receive your card. Rush processing available at checkout.

If you're not happy with your finished card, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

What's Covered
Manufacturing defects, engraving errors, or finish issues that are our fault are covered at no charge.

What's Not Covered
Damage caused during inbound shipping, or design choices approved by the customer before production.

Add our optional 2-Year Insurance plan at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, or bank reissuance.
